The Exchange Conference Center — Local services in Boston

Not even 1 star for them, but it won't let me post without a star. Our holiday party on December 9th was horrible. The place was so cold it was ridiculous. It was almost as cold inside as it was outside. There was cold air blowing from the vents and every time we asked for them to turn on the heat we were ignored. So all the ladies are in their beautiful cocktail dresses wearing their hubby's suit coats or their winter coats and scarfs. The servers were all wearing long sleeve shirts because they were cold. One server even had on her scarf. The food was marginal. The place is beautiful but their customer service is...

Went to a wedding here and I was shocked. Who knew about this little gem down in the Seaport?

The entire venue is stunning, set back from a bunch of fish markets, you would never know it was there. My friend and her husband had a beautiful ceremony overlooking the water, and then we were whisked upstairs for cocktail hour. When we got back downstairs, we saw a room transformed! It was incredible. The staff were amazing at making a room with 150 people feel like there were 50.

Plenty of parking and easy to find makes this place attractive. It's right on the water on Boston Harbor in the seaport District. The inside of the building is a throwback to the 1800's but it's merged with tremendous updated modern decor and is appointed really well. Fantastic place to attend an event.
