not bad but a tad on the small side it isnt as high up as it looks from the harborwalk waterfront its ONLY about maybe 10-15 feet if that also has pretty much the EXACT SAME view you can see ANYWHERE along the waterfront from the Aquarium North End and any place along the Seaport ONLY difference here is you get a view of Rowes Wharf and most of the Financial District Parts of the North End and thats really it tis was mainly constructed to give you a slightly higher Vantage Point and an opportunity for better pics but thats mostly about it nothing really to ooh and ahhh over its the same place just different location there is a cafe & public restroom downstairs which is a MUST because there a SO FEW of any place to use one in this area. also can get crowded up there fairly easily as there isnt a TON of room to move around its only about 15 feet total length and watch your step down up is the easy part but down can be a little tricky right near everything in the seaport and right behind the Silver Line Courthouse T stop doesnt have alot to offer but if you know the area well enough then you know about this balcony it will eventually bring you back here as you walk anywhere along the seaport waterfront not much else once you go...
