WHDH 7 / CW 56 — Local services in Boston

I called channel7 and newsman answered and was very rude I explained to him that I had dyslexia and I was trying to find out where am I show Days of Our Lives and others we move to the most information he gave me was channel 10 because I was a little aggravated because I had dyslexia and he was raising his voice I was trying to raise my voice I just want to know what channel 10 is on the converter box my shows are all gone he could have given me another person to speak to instead of clicking me over to a comment section without even telling me now I can't even get him on the phone nice work channel7 I'm not watching your shows anymore and some of my favorite shows on still on channel 7...

I thought this channel was a really good channel until January 1, 2017 and they took the Today show from 7-9 and the Today show from 9-10 off and now have 5 hours of continuous news and weather. I mean 5 hours of the same info over and over and over is ridiculous! Please put the regular programming...
