Just had an experience with the most RUDE employee at the printing station. I was trying to print something at the self service area but I guess I had too many pages and it wasn't working.
I then went to the counter for help and one of the employees said to send it to him so he can help. He immediately printed all of it before telling me the price.
After it was all printed he says "Just so you know it will be $.70/page". I ask how many pages and what the total will be because I hadn't figured it out yet and he never told me before printing. He said it would be $500!
I said I cannot pay that and he looks me dead in the eye and dramatically slams all the papers in the trash! Then tells me I would have broken the printer if I attempted to use the self service as if I was supposed to know that beforehand.
I felt bad that I didn't realize how many pages I had, but I also was not given any information or heads up from the worker before he printed. I'm not the one working there...
I cannot believe how rude this guy was and to act like it was my fault. If you're printing something for a customer shouldn't you quote them before printing?! At the self service center you get a quote before printing.
I'm still flabbergasted at this employees reaction and I hope management sees this message as that was...
Read moreI was looking for a tan color chair and they don't have it at the store. It is also not available online. They said they don't have a way to check out the store inventory in Longmont location. They told me that I had to call them myself. Later I was told by the worker at Longmont telling me that there is way to check out inventory at the other store location.
After the purchase of a tan chair at the Longmont, I noticed that the padding in the chair seat was uneven and cause my body position leaning toward the right side.
I kept everything in the plastic bags and in the box just like how they were packed originally with all package material in the right place. I returned it at Boulder location. The worker who processed the return was very mean and rude. His expression changed to very angry as soon as I told him that it was a return, not a purchase. When I explained to him why. He interrupted me and told me that he did not need to know why. He threw the arms of the chair into the cart with force and did not even care if it would cause damage to the parts. I tried to tell him he dropped one of carboard and he ignored me. The return was due to a product defect. I should not have to deal with all the hassle.
The return experience was so horrible that I would not want to step into that...
Read moreThis is my worst shopping experience in my life. I ordered this item on 4/23 and it said I can pick up this item in store on 4/27. When I placed the order, the item was still available. However, on 4/26 morning, I received an message and it said this item was no longer available and the order was canceled. The most funny thing is that at that time when I checked this item online, it still showed that this item was available but my order is canceled anyway. So I went to other retailer store and brought one. But things does not end. I received another email on 4/28 and it said my order was ready to pick up. So I have to went to the store and check if they really sent me this order. I did find a package in the store with my name. Ridiculous things happened again. The package was empty!!! Staples sent me my order with an empty box and notified me that my order is ready to pick up!! How funny it is!! I have nothing else to do but just called the staple and made sure that they don't charge my card. I must say this is the most funny and ridiculous shopping experience in my life. I will never ever buy anything from Staples. Staples really...
