My recent visit to this Shake Shack location was nothing short of a gastronomical and hospitable delight. A dining experience that reminded us how an astutely managed establishment can transform a simple family meal into a cherished memory.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff exuded the kind of warmth and professionalism that you seldom see. The entire team made an impeccable impression, ensuring that we felt more than just customers, but rather guests welcomed into a home.

The cornerstone of this location's excellence lies in its manager, Micah. Running a restaurant is no mean feat, but Micah manages to do it with finesse and grace, elevating the experience to another level entirely. It was clear that Micah led his team with respect, setting the gold standard of customer service.

What was particularly striking was the personal attention we received from the staff. Upon arriving, we were courteously escorted to our table and promptly assisted with an infant chair, demonstrating their commendable attention to our needs. They went beyond mere service and showed genuine care.

However, the cherry on top had to be the surprise gift for our little one. A football! An unexpected and considerate gesture that truly put a smile on our faces and warmed our hearts.

Well I was hesitant for years because I knew what to expect but anyways... I gave SS a try and well..

Initially I spent a couple minutes awkwardly standing in front of the cash register waiting for one of the 5 employees standing on the other side to acknowledge my existence. -one did, but she said "someone will be with you soon", and then walked away.

Ok whatever

Finally got to order some food.

Spent about 22.50 for a double cheeseburger fries and a shake. -a hefty premium over culvers and about the same as five guys if you get a shake. OK whatever, if it's good it's good.

Got my food. Burger was mediocre, half my bites basically tasted like a dirty grill. Fries were mostly cold, but i got a few that were hot (wohoo) ..and finally the shake was small and probably the worst tasting chocolate shake I've ever had.

Well, I'm glad I got scammed out of my money so that a bunch of lackluster employees can keep doing nothing and making an excessively high minimum wage.

They aren't concerned about quality here, just quickly serving the "happy go lucky" masses of Boulder. You're better off saving your money and going to McDonald's or getting a much better experience at five guys just a...

I love shake shack, and their shakes. I especially love the black truffle stuff..I came here and got a root beer float, black truffle shroom burger, and fries. The fries.were good. So was the float. However they underfilled the float and skimped on the custard. As for the burger..the mushroom itself was rubbery. The cheese was sort of..semi firm? It wasn't fresh. And the bun was weirdly..tattered. that's the best way I could put it. It had a strange curve shaped mark on one side of it and was falling apart and it was clear it either A. Was not fresh..or B. Was bitten into?

It genuinely looked like it was bit into. I never want to accuse anyone of anything and I worried I might have tipped too low and this was retaliation for it. I just threw it away, I felt super disgusted by it all, and I have a bad taste in my mouth. This kind of spoiled my view of this place.
