I complained (in person) about a poor microneedling service and was suddenly treated very poorly, my card was charged for the next month membership a week ahead of schedule, without my consent, as they anticipated me canceling, despite me voicing concerns that I was not happy with the business.
Spoke with the owner through their unprofessional new manager and was told they had a busy life as a pilot outside of this and they could care less about my feedback on the service. Was also told I could go back to a med spa in California for the better service I was looking for instead of meaningful acknowledgment of my concerns.
I guess the extra $99 they stole from me was worth it to them for my poor public facing rating which shows anyone with any sense in this industry, this is absolutely not a place that can be trusted with sensitive and costly treatments.
They clearly don’t care about their professional image or client relationships, because I made numerous attempts to correct this issue via email but was still charged $99 for NO SERVICE — because they knew I was about to cancel my membership.
I’m absolutely shocked by how this business treated me.
Their charging of my card for the monthly membership a week early, without any notice or consent — is extremely bad practice.
When I reached out to address it, I expected the courtesy and care you’d assume from a professional franchise med spa, but that assumption was clearly misplaced. They were just trying to get extra money out of me knowing I was trying to cancel my membership.
Instead of resolving the issue congenially, management actually blamed the charge on a former employee they had recently fired and told me it was their fault but I still had to pay for it. There was no accountability, no empathy, and no real effort to make things right.
The way they handled my concerns was careless and humiliating. This level of reckless professional disregard has left me feeling deeply disrespected and not to mention robbed. What they did is not only illegal, but they clearly think they are immune to civil consequence. All this so they could profit $99 without any service being bought by me? I found them through an Instagram ad and was impressed by their generous first-time visitor promotions, competitive membership pricing, and discounts on high-end products.
Writing this review honestly feels like the equivalent of drooling over their excellence — because this kind of quality, compassionate, and attentive service is so rare in an industry that often prioritizes profit over relationships or real care.
Maddie was my esthetician, and she was excellent. Unlike providers at other med spas, she was hands-on and truly focused on the quality of her work, while still keeping the conversation buoyant and inclusive. She made me feel good inside and out! Ah — heart squeeze! I feel truly blessed to have found a safe space to care for and nurture my problematic skin with hydrofacials and microneedling.
I’ve learned that not all spas perform true hydrofacials — some in town include dermaplaning to make the skin “shine,” but that isn’t actually part of what a hydrofacial is meant to do beneath the skin. Some places seem to glaze over the real benefits, doing the bare minimum while charging $300. That was not the case here — the care, quality, and integrity of the service at Vio Med Spa are worlds above.
Vio offers deals you don’t want to miss, and quality you can’t afford to pass up. I highly recommend Maddie for hydrofacials — she got right in there, massaging all the grooves and muscles in my face with incredible technique. Her myofascial release skills were next-level, and she clearly knew exactly what she was doing. The manager, Jenn, and receptionist, Jade, were also warm and welcoming.
Three days later, virtually all active acne on my chin, face, and neck is gone — a true testament to the power of deep, targeted cleansing.

I wasn’t told that Sarah wasn’t going to be seeing me that day. I wanted to get Morphase8 done but felt uncomfortable after meeting with someone that had to asked someone else whenever I had questions. I called and spoke with the manager who said she would take care of me and get in touch with Hannah from the Denver location and have her call me.
