It really is a decent place, but parents leave their children loose (literally walking over me) while im asking for assistance, and its hard to talk to employees while discussing values of items because of it. It's still a toy store, but I feel like there was too much irresponsibility with the parents, not at fault of the store.
I tried selling my collection of various sets valued online at 50$+ each, along with a bunch of decent valued minifigs also worth up to 50$, and offered a decent amount, 85$ (about a third of the total value) I wish I could have been able to talk through each of their values more with the employees. because in the end, I felt there were missed items/ valuable items just put into bulk sales, and I felt a little ripped off.
