I really love this store. It brings me alot of happiness. But the women and girls that work there are really not nice. Ive had multiple interactions and each one has been less then great. The girls are just not kind hearted. They sit and talk about the customers or roll their eyes or make the customers feel extremely uncomfortable. I wish I could sit here and give this shop a stellar review. But I just cant. Honesty is key for me. I have sold with them at a booth a few times and each experience has been not great. Not because I didnt get anything, but because they dont know what they are doing, if you have questions, they make you feel horrible for even asking. The laziest women work here. They sit on their computer or phone and just dont even acknowledge customers get alone help the customers. I'm going to continue coming here because I love what this store stands for and I love thrifting. But as far as my opinion of the people that work there? Its not great. And i'm not the only one who...
Read moreThis store is amazing! I started selling my clothing to buy new clothing as I have been on a weight loss journey. I have been able to do both things here! I sold at another location and I just wanted treated like I mattered. Shortly after Bountiful opened I moved my booth there. The staff is AMAZING!!! They are so kind, remember who you are, and are always so helpful. They make sure to rotate posting items from each booth to highlight what everyone has and they even shop there! I am going on almost 3 months of selling and shopping here and have even moved to having two booths. It is a great way to recycle what you have in your house! And replace what you get rid of! I now have the cutest closet full of great items from other sellers! Thank you Indy Clover Bountiful for making this a fun experience and hiring such...
Read moreI visited this store for the first time yesterday. I was not greeted by any staff when I entered the store. I was confused at first when I started looking around. All of the items are separated by booth number. To my eye it looked like a giant multi-family yard sale but clothing and accessories only. Things were hung up in plastic hangers so finding a size wasn't the easiest. The clothing looked pretty worn and not in great shape. I've found better stuff and Plato's and Uptown Cheapskate. I found it difficult to navigate just trying to find anything cute or worth my time and effort. They should organize by clothing type, style and by male, female and children's clothing etc and put it all together since the booth number is on all of rhe sale tags. I'm 1000% sure I won't be returning, it just...
