After walking out of another nearby salon because I was told to come back in four hours, I started looking for a different salon. That's when I came across USA Nails. I am not experienced in getting my nails done and only recently started having them done. I do now understand that having an appointment is ideal, however, when I came to USA Nails even though they were very busy, every pedicure and manicure station were occupied- and I did not have an appointment. I was immediately welcomed and offered a bottle of water for my wait. I saw Yen for my manicure and though she and her husband were tending to the other clients there too, Yen did not disappoint with her attentiveness and precision. She did an absolutely lovely and clean french manicure (the white and silver photo) on me in a matter of minutes. She took the time to chat with me while doing my nails which made me feel at ease. I knew then that Yen and USA Nails were where I would be going from now on. They are open on Sunday but an appointment is highly recommended- so that is what I did for my 2nd visit. I saw Yen and again she did not disappoint! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and showed me different glitter options suggesting blending two styles together to make my nails POP (black french manicure photo). I will absolutely continue returning to USA Nails! You're...
Read moreI came in with my two nieces to get our nails done. Two of us got acrylic nails with gel, and one just got gel nails. There was no soap not even a bottle in the bathroom, no paper towels or anything to dry your hands with, they had a cup full of dirty towels next to the toilet. There was no other customers. The two employees that did our nails were very nice. However the shapes of our nails were bad they didn't push our cuticles back so it looks like we've had the nails for a couple of weeks, the nails are bumpy, uneven in sizes, I paid to have shellac put on which was advertised on their building they didn't own a single shellac bottle. They put on gel polish that was bubbly and left gaps in the polish where there was no polish. Despite doing three coats of polish. The acrylic smelled particularly chemically like I've never smelled before. I will never recommend this place, and will never go back. My niece went elsewhere and got her nails done soon after and even the nail gal there was like oh my gosh what happened. Having no soap in the bathroom and only one bathroom available that means they haven't washed their hands all day and that's how you...
Read moreWORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Pedicure was good but while I was getting the pedicure, a guy started trying to do my manicure. He literally took off my nail polish, clipped a few nails, filed 2 nails for a second and started painting my nails. He did not trim my cuticles or file most of my nails so they are uneven and not shaped correctly. I did gel so he kept trying to balance the UV light contraption on my lap while the pedicure technician kept moving my legs for the pedicure which was EXTREMELY AWKWARD. At one point, it burned my hand and EVEN after that, he did not stop with the light. In addition, he was sloppy at painting and I had nail polish all over my skin around the nails. No soaking, no lotion, nothing. I am not sure how this even qualified as a "manicure". The pedicure technician tried to clean up his mess of nail polish on my skin but she couldn't since he had already baked it on under the light. It was a complete mess and I am so...
