I recently made an Online purchase and selected In-Store pick up as my preference. I received a text message at 10:16am stating my order was ready for pick-up. At 2:32pm, I received a text that my order had been picked up. I immediately contacted the store, because I had not received my product, but got confirmation that I did. I regret not getting the employees name who I initially spoke with once I called. She was extremely unhelpful. She would just keep repeating "I do not see the order". I had to advise her that she probably doesn't see it, because she gave it away. She continued to be of no help with also stating "I'm not sure what to do, I do not see the order". I then had to advise her to get the manager, because I needed some type of resolution. She then told me "well my manager is not available, she is talking to someone". This by far at this point has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with Sally's. I told her I would wait for the manager. Then the Manager Viola got on the phone, and I had to re-explain my issue, and her 1st response was " I do not see the order here, I don't know" Then she offered to give me a refund, which I declined because obviously I wanted the products I ordered. I also used certificates and a deal when using my card. She then said " I guess we can grab the items off the shelf". I had my grandmother pick up the items, because she was initially on the pick up order as well. There are no solid procedures when retrieving an online order in store. As I was on the phone, I heard someone come in and just give a name for pick up. My Grandmother also did not require using ID for picking up the items. She also aske to speak to the manager and the employee told her the manager was not there. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I really hope for the future, this store #1209 can abide by the policy sent in the email I received, and ask customers to show ID or Order #, to properly distribute...
Read moreI had to go in 3 times in the same day and I was not happy at all. I was upset because both my hair dye and the bleach I got needed developer but I didn’t know because I thought they were both pre mixed like fox dye or manic panic. I went a while ago and the cashier had asked me if I had developer for a certain thing I got and I didn’t so I got one. But this time around no one asked so I was quite frustrated that I had went up with 3 different things that all needed developer. Two different volumes actually. And when I went for the last time I heard a different cashier ask someone else “oh btw this needs a developer 20 vol.” and the costumer informed her that she had it. Wish I had gotten that courtesy. Idk what it was but the argon oil bleach tube didn’t do anything to my hair. Barley lifted anything and I bleached the piece 3 times. The ion colors are good. I got yellow and blue to make a specific green I couldn’t find. Just know they come out clear. I had to wish for the best but it turned out exactly the color I wanted so at least I was happy about that. Also called them 3 times and it sent me to voicemail each time. Maria was trying to advise her to use 30v-40v with extra strength bleach which would have damaged her hair when it was already on the verge of becoming silly string if she would have bleached it with that high of a volume developer. I advise customer to not do that and to strip the color with 20v and a test strand and use a hair mask. Maria was aggressively rude and said “yeah she can do that too but are you a professional” I said no I’m not but I’ve been doing my own hair since I was 16 and my mother is a hairstylist and she has taught me what to do.
