Worst Title company experience we ever had. Sean Chapin, the manager, conducted himself in a highly unethical manner. He refused documents, was intentionally never available on or near the close. His deliberate bias and violations of his ethical duty cost us in time and money. He is directly responsible for loss. This company is nothing like First American Title and only has the name. They are devious and incompetent. So much so we had to report him, after he contiued highly unethical conduct throughout the process.
