Yes! Like others have said the wait is long for the drive thru. I was last here about 3 weeks ago.. I have an inkling as to why the long wait..they try to take the order then make you wait. Then once its cooked and ready you can pull up to the window pad. Where i think it times and is recorded how long a car sits there. I know when I worked for Burger King many yrs ago if a car sits more than 3 min at window. It is considered unsat. Anyhow, i sat at drive thru menu . the girl Jenna as per my reciept kept coming over speaker giggly saying. "I'm so sorry I will be with you in a sec." Then said it again. she finally took my order for a pot pie for which she said she just sold the last one. Ok. Not sure why they couldnt make one at 6pm at night. They don't close for hours. Lazy. Not sure. Or whether they just wanted to continue to have a giggly, laughing Fest amongst themselves. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. Saw another woman with long braided hair strands. Not sure if she was manager but she was in a giggly session with all the workers too. Anyhow, I decided to order a 3 piece chick strip and specifically said 2 honey mustard and a biscuit. I also asked if I could get a free or discounted coleslaw or something because it wasnt my fault that the item I requested was not available. She said she is not allowed to give away free food. Yet, I know thise registers allow you to press a comp button to get something at a reduced price. So, I get to window and while giggling continues with employees I pay with red credit card. I check the bag. No honey mustard. She gets it. I then say no napkins she gets it. No butter for biscuit. She gets it. ( napkins should always be an automatic thing to put in bag ) these things I mention is always why I check at window to be sure they are included. I'm a disabled Navy Vet and it can be very hard to have to go park and try to get out of car to walk inside to get the things they missed or forgot. . On bad days I have severely much trouble. That's why I do the drive thru. However, if I can walk into an establishment I will...I was also here a week prior to this visit. I did the drive thru asking to get a mini cake. The worker said they don't have them anymore. Only the large ones. I asked the price of the large one because I couldnt find it in the menu. She said she has no clue of the price. Weird, can't your press the register button for that item to see price then clear it out? I then spotted the cake price on menu and said it says 3.49. She still was dumbfounded. So I said forget it. And pulled away. After waiting in drive thru 15 min...
Read moreThe manager Kee is absolutely horrible. With a store full of patrons she decides to take herself as well as two of her employees to her car parked at the front door to smoke weed. This location closes at 10 and she decided to do this at 7:00pm. This was the most horrible dining experience Iâve ever had. The chicken wing dings were undercook and still bleeding , the crispy chicken breast was gray in color so it was obviously cooked in old grease. The fountain drink station wreaked of dirty mop water. She got an attitude when I asked for more than 1 fork. There were 4 diners and we all had sides!!! The other employee didnât want to tell us the managers name. The employees at this location are absolutely trash!!!!! The employees the entire time were carrying on using profanity very loudly while we dined there. I donât want to be eating a meal and hear the employees dropping f bombs every 6 words! Does this location wear uniforms? Every employee except for 1 had on regular clothes and looked like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. The older gentleman that was there cooking and taking out the trash was the only one actually working consistent, not carrying on with the inappropriate banter and was dressed in a uniform with an apron and his hair covered. If your are going to wear your hair long then tie it back because no one orders a side of hair with their food. As long as those people are working there DO NOT...
Read moreBraddock Hills Kentucky fried Chicken. There are employees in there look like they were high or in another time zone. Stop by to get the $10 bucket of chicken on Tuesdays. They have their chicken. They had no pot pies they had no leadership going on in there. Everybody seems like you're pretty young, even the supervisor. I guess she look like she was a kid herself is she's even a supervisor I don't know how much you can do. How many times you can report this place? And another thing that really irritates me your customer. You're in a store to get your food and they take online orders before taking your order and giving it to you. So if you order say a piece chicken and was ready it went out the door to the person that ordered online. How is that? Aren't you as important as the person who's ordering online? I mean how do they know I don't have somewhere to be? I mean I know we all like to be number one be first at everything. But for real, I mean she'll take care of the customers that say in front of you in person order online she'll have to wait. Don't tell me there's a time limit that they have to get this order together and out the door. If they say they have 11 minutes to get that order together for pickup they need to change that. Maybe like 25 minutes. I don't know the answer but Kentucky fried Chicken is losing me...
