Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Braddock Hills

I will never order from this place again. Which is unfortunate because they have been good since they opened. I enjoy eating at this location. The food is always hot and good, but a few days ago i ordered a pizza and never arrived by the time I woke up. It was too late to call in. So I called the next day and let them know the manager was extremely nasty. And ask me why I didn't call the night before.I explained that I fell asleep and it was too late to call once.I woke up and realized my kids didn't receive their pizza i did .I go to the store to get a receipt of a confirmation that she sent my refund back.Cause I didn't see an email.And this idiot called the police on me never again.The Manger is extremely unprofessional,short tempered and not someone that need to managing anyone if anything she needs to be managed . It just goes for show that will give any jerk a title and a job hopefully She's fired so so I can order from them again. I'm pretty sure she probably won't be there, that long with her...

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. It took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a pizza and hot wings. The pizza was cold. The hot wings weren’t cooked all the way which is a health issue. I called to see if I can get a refund the “manager“ whose name is Ben lied to me and said they don’t do refunds. They made another courtesy pizza and told me that it would be to me within 25 minutes. It showed up an additional hour later, and it was again cold and wasn’t even cooked all the way. I called again and asked for the store number which again the “manager” Ben lied to me, gave me a different store number that doesn’t exist then told me that I couldn’t speak to a manager and there is nothing that he could do to resolve my issue. I ended up having to call another store to get the correct information to file...

Ordered a pizza online and garlic bread. Pizza was made incorrectly and when we called the store the manager Joseph said it’s not their problem because that’s not how the order showed on their end. And it wasn’t ordered through a third party it was ordered directly through their website. We even offered to bring the pizza back and have them make us another the correct way. They refused and said since it didn’t show on their end that it’s not their fault. So now we have a pizza that we didn’t order that we were charged for, that’s going in the trash. Probably had something to do with them having an 8 year old kid behind the counter helping with orders. That’s ok, it’s what bank disputes are for. Don’t go to this location unless you like...
