August 4, 2022 Where should I begin! For the first time in my life at age 60 I was engaged & soon to wed. And getting off the starting line was one setback after another due to pandemic. I hesitated to deal with any bridal business for fear they would dress me as 20 yr. old. Those I did call or engage in online neither answered nor responded back. Thus they required a payment upfront just to schedule before customer questions. Poor business standard. So after searching the web I came across Pamela Moore Bridal. The 5* reviews caught my attention. After reading many I gave her a call....and she answered! I won the phone lottery! And she answered on her own personal time. Cost free! After speaking with her for 30 to 45 minutes I knew she was the right fit for my bridal needs. Pamela was a joy to work with! She was one on one with me which I really appreciated. I was hesitate towards white. After trying she suggested color which I stated "most definitely!" Pamela hit the nail on the head for me! She did a wonderful job on my dress. The alterations were customized to detail. Including a Bolero which she made to match should I get cold. It was perfect. Suiting my personality & fit. She sells jewlery also which worked out great for me...perfect set to match. And pricing very affordable. Should anyone ask for who or where they should go for a bridal dress....no hesitation..."Pamela Moore Bridal! Once you enter her shop don't let the "vintage consignment atmosphere" fool you...the polish is in her professionalism, knowledge & personalism! Just know her demand is high during summer & fall.    Read moreWhat a truly special wedding dress shopping experience! From our first phone call I could tell Pamela was going to be different from a run of the mill dress store. She truly cared about what I wanted, and really listened to me both style-wise and price-wise. Her collection of dresses is expertly curated and reasonably priced - every single dress is beautiful and unique. After going to a few more traditional bridal shops, Pamela's collection was so refreshing - the dresses we're comfortable but elegant, and the range of options in color, style, and material was extensive but not overwhelming. The shopping experience itself was zero-pressure, Pamela was so kind to me and my friends and family who attended and let us try on everything and anything of interest. She encouraged me to be thoughtful about my decision and take my time. Pamela is an expert seamstress and designer, and had many helpful suggestions for customizing dresses to make them more "me". Ultimately I found the perfect dress at her store (with her expert guidance) and she was able to customize the straps to make it my dream dress.    Read moreI am very disappointed. To her defense Pamela Moore had been out of the state in the hospital but she needs to have a backup plan. I called many times to find out what was going on with our dresses and wouldn't get a call back. I finally talked to someone who asked me to come and try it on. I told her I would feel better if I just took my dress out of there and she talked me out of it saying someone else is helping sew etc etc. Every time I went there for a fitting there was a mother of a bride or groom and/or a bride whose dress was lost. I have heard many occurences where dresses were not ready in time for the wedding. I had asked Pamela Moore to get lace and make sleeves on my dress. When I finally went in there to look at the lace she picked up, they were both white and my dress is ivory! I am fortunate to have my dress as of yesterday and my girls dresses, although 1 of them needs to be taken in more (this happened to all of us so I am not sure her help is very good) days before the wedding. It has been extremely stressful for me. I am sorry she is not well but everyone else didn't have to suffer as well. I wouldn't be surprised if her business went out after this as it should. Extremely terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone going there...
