My daughter purchased a washer/ dryer set from Bremerton Aaron’s. The dryer had issues and was picked up for repair ( before her final payment) They attempted to return the dryer a week later but had difficulty reaching her. For 3 months they attempted to return the repaired dryer. Last week they stopped by when I was home. I was told that because they couldn’t reach her she was now owner of the loaner by default. And to wait to make the final payment until after her original dryer was returned. Otherwise she’d be stuck with the loaner. It turns out she had already made that final payment. Now she is being told that the loaner she now owns was only loaned out for 4 months (longer than we had it) and the dryer she had was unrepairable. Not what I was told by the driver. He said that dryer was repaired within a week. And leased to someone else. (They had attempted to return it more than once). Because she made the final payment she is stuck with the loaner. I have been a returning customer on more than one occasion and my major issue is their lack of communication and record keeping skills. I've told many of them multiple times my crazy work schedule and not only do they keep insisting on calling multiple times daily and never leaving messages but they are leaving door hangers almost daily and then left a "theft" note on my door today. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I work crazy long hours out of town and that's how I'm treated with a theft letter?!?! Not my fault nor my problem that they can not accommodate my busy schedule to come get their CRAP!! On more than one occasion I've tried to return it and they've tried to talk me out of it. No one takes any notes and no one knows what the hell they are doing! Horrible customer service skills and won't ever return once they do ever finally get around to accommodating my schedule to come take their stuff that I've already said more than once I don't want!! I am not okay with being accused of theft because I am a busy person and they fail to accommodate...

I moved to Silverdale from Houston about a year ago. I had to leave behind my bed because there was no room in the truck. After 3 months sleeping on a very uncomfortable couch and not having enough to buy a new bed, or the credit to go to another store, I went through Aaron's Bremerton. Yes I realize I am paying for this set two or three times over, but it's a good option for people who have limited resources. I did go through a period where I couldn't make the payment on time. A representative showed up at the door one day and I figured he was there to pick it up. Instead, he asked if I was ok. Since my payment history was perfect prior to that, he advised me to call the store and talk to Raul, he would gladly refinance or do anything to help me. Fortunately, my income changed and I was able to bring my balance current as well as change my monthly due date instead of refinancing. Great customer service. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
