While the terminal itself is nice⦠I feel that funds are being used for things that arenāt. How many security guards are actually needed?? And what rules are they supposed to be implementing? One day itās this, the next it isnāt. They are encouraging people to do things that normally they wouldnāt. (i.e. encouraging people sit on flower boxes, and beds, instead of having benches, or allowing them to sit on the very, bottom step while they smoke their cigarette in the designated smokers area.) the money that is paying for these inconsistencies, could provide proper seating, and maybe some of the excess security guards, could I donāt know⦠work on dealing with the homeless population, which is growing, and sneaking into business, making people feel uncomfortable. Board/deboarding was fast, no issues, no yelling, no cursing, orderly and swift. Well done by ferry staff.
