Hemlock Grove Cafe — Restaurant in Bremerton

This place is really cute and exactly what I hoped that corner would become! Their house coffee really is good quality. They're new, and still working on efficiency, but stop in if you're not in a hurry and get something .. the menu is comprehensive.

My only note would be they really need to offer drip coffee. Especially if their business picks up, and hopefully it does, It's not realistic to be taking 10+ min (based on experience..) to make an americano for every customer who wants a simple coffee, many of whom are probably trying to catch a ferry. I tried to give this place multiple chances but every time I’ve had bitter coffee and dead shots. The coffee itself here just does not hit, especially when Fraiche Cup is just across the street and I haven’t had a bad experience there yet.
