Very professional and an excellent experience. Make sure you do your homework, and have a good understanding of the expectations. You need to be ready and in your car as the boat docks in order to drive off nearly immediately. This isn't a leisure cruise, these people are moving thousands of vehicles and people a day and it's all on a time crunch.
Leave yourself an extra 45 minutes or so when you arrive at Seattle in order to ensure you have enough time to actually get on the boat, or you'll be waiting for the next one. I've seen people talk about "be sure to buy tickets early online", you don't need to do that, they sell them right there at the location as you drive in, like you are going through a toll booth.

Cool fountains near the entrance runs along the entire length of the display of actual submarine pieces and plaques / statues with history tidbits... Mostly about the shipyard and the use of subs during WW1 & 2. Awesome place to play Pokémon Go, get Cold Stone ice cream, Starbucks coffee...
