Purchased a Sub Zero refrigerator from Buddy’s and have had problems with it constantly. Pay them to come look at it and they said it’s working fine, even though it can’t hold temperature. Fridge dies less than a year later, so I pay them again to come back and repair it. That’s frustrating. Unit dies a second time four months later and I have to pay Buddy again to come out and re-repair. Here we are now just five months after that and the unit dies for a third time. I call Jesse, but he takes zero responsibility. We are having a party the next day, so you would think under the circumstances they would make a special effort, but you would be dead wrong. Jesse tells me, “we didn’t build it, we just sold it” no kidding, but usually a company sees their customers as more than just a cash register to make shoddy repairs for again and again. We purchased all of our appliances for our new home from Buddy's in Brenham. First issue was they incorrectly installed our ice maker which we had to have a factory repair technician come out and reinstall. Second issue was 2 months after receiving our dishwasher we began having issues with it. This was in April, was told by Buddy's that there was nothing they could do and would have to wait for the manufacturer to repair. It is now almost August and it is still not fixed. First time at this business they had product in stock and installed next day. When I entered the store, I was greeted (without sales pitch), and Tiffany answered my questions, and when I chose a product she also printed out a manual for me which I appreciated! The two installers were professional, quick and friendly and since I changed brands had an issue that lead installer came out and took care of (within 30 min of 2 installers leaving).
