Buff City Soap is a fantastic spot for high-quality bath products! We stopped by to pick up bath bombs for my child’s 11th birthday party, and the experience was wonderful. The store is immaculate, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The worker who assisted us was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, taking extra time to help us find the perfect scents and even sharing her personal favorites. The bath bombs themselves are great quality—generous in size and with amazing scents. While the pricing is a bit on the higher side, the quality absolutely matches the cost. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier bath product...

I love the variety of products and scents here! It was my second time in and I’m excited to try the laundry detergent I got. I also got a free bath bomb for my birthday and I love when they give out free samples. To be able to try out new things without spending a bunch of money is a huge plus for me!

My only reason for 4 stars is because there were a bunch of laundry detergents with “$5 off coupon” stickers on them. When I brought it to the counter, the lady said she wouldn't honor it because it expired. It was misleading and I feel she could’ve handled the situation in a nicer...

I fell in love with Buff City Soap a month ago while visiting in Dallas, Texas. I found the store in Brenham, near my home and visited on Saturday 10/ 12/24. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received there. There were 3 young girls there, in the corner of the store barely acknowledged my presence and the couple behind me. They did not get up to greet me or ask if I needed anything in particular. I love your products so much, fantastic laundry soap , shower oil, etc. I would be in your store every day if I could, I had hoped for better customer service...
