MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Brenham

Update 2 - since no one called, I went to the website and sent in a customer service ticket. They haven’t contacted me either. As far as I’m concerned this company has stolen from me.

Update 1 - no one called me last night. The charge is still on my card.

I placed an online order this evening. I arrived at the pickup time stated on my confirmation. When I arrived, it took a couple of minutes for the guy working the pickup counter to acknowledge me. When he did, I gave him my name. He looked around and told me it was in the oven. Ten minutes go by, then twenty. No one says another word. I finally ask the woman who appears to be in charge and has asked everyone else who is waiting what the name on their order is to check on mine. She can’t find it. They don’t even have it. They also can’t figure out how to give a refund, and their manager isn’t in the store. They had to take my name and phone number with promises that the manager would call when she got back. So, I’m currently out $30 with no dinner. If you want to try this place, I recommend waiting until they’ve been open a while longer so they can figure out how to run the place. It’s kind of a...

I am in here at LEAST twice a week. Yesterday when I went in (chose this place for my birthday lunch), I was immediately greeted by an overexcited employee. As I was ordering, she kept interrupting me with what size pizza she thought I should order as if I didn't know what I wanted for myself. When sitting down waiting for my order - I could hear her clear across the dining room belittling employees and that's when I realized she must have been visiting from corporate. I got second-hand embarrassment and anxiety for those poor employees. A man that left after finishing his meal even went out of his way to tell the male employee "I don't care what she is saying to yall, you guys always do a great job".

If this lady is in there working again - I will walk right back out! The employees that I normally see are always friendly...

First impression... Brenham MOD doesn't accept orders online; 2nd attempt: I call to order for pick up, "sorry we're not taking orders over the phone because we're short staffed." So we have to go in, order and wait for it. Not impressed. Too bad they and others looking for help can't find it. Thankfully, the hubbs beat the rush getting in there, got our pizzas and salads ordered and by the time he was outta there the line was out the door. We were pleased with the fresh tasting Greek Salad and the pepperoni pizza was cooked perfectly - a little toasty, just the way I like it!
