This makes me so sad because I’m a lifelong Hobby Lobby customer. I chose to come up to the Brenham store because it is so clean and always stocked. It is a little farther than Cypress for me but I love this store. I got to the front to check out and there was only one person working the exchange register with a customer. I made eye contact with two employees who were literally standing by the registers staring into space. The manager was up the front as well. Manager came up and asked one of them to bring over a shopping trolley and start stocking shelves. The poor girl with the exchange had to call someone up and at that point the lady getting the exchange apologised to me. I told her there was no need, there are three other staff member including a manager watching us. She said it was like this all the time. It was so frustrating because I literally had four small items and had another appointment to get to. I get it- it was New Years Eve, but in the middle of the day. By the time the lady helping the girl out in the return (not the manager) asked to get help on a register there was a long line behind me. Read moreI’m not sure if this was a fluke. But I’m really dissatisfied with the way my boyfriend and I were treated at this location today. We had spent awhile shopping and had 2 furniture pieces in the front we wanted to purchase upfront. We walked to the first line and waited and noticed it was returns only so we walked to a male cashier with dark drown hair say his register was closed. We the walked over to a female who was the only register open say her line was closed. By this time there was no one to check us out and we at this point been to the all 3 registers and would have to have waited in a long line again. I told my boyfriend I didn’t appreciate the experience and we walked out left our cart and the furniture we wanted … Pretty rude y’all need to get it together and not argue infront of customers about can and cannot be on a register… Also check ppl out in the order the come in. Made us feel like a burden…. So rude….Very bad service and...
Read moreLady at the fabric has an attitude, i went in an got a fabric but they only had 2 1/2 yrds i needed 4 yrds and i ask was that all the fabric they had she said yes but when i asker what my project was she pointed another fabric so i go and look and they have a similar fabric like the one i was taking and so i let her know that ill take the 4yrds of the other one, and i said sorry im not taking the other one fyi this fabric was already cut and all they had was 2 .5 yrds and she gave me the nastiest look and was super mad.
