T-Mobile Brenham Crossing is a 5 Star plus!!! This was hands down the best customer service I have ever had with a cell phone provider. I have been seriously thinking of switching cell phone providers for awhile, I had been with AT&T for 22 years and it has gotten where the bill kept going up but the service was getting worse. I walked in on a Saturday (10/12) evening just to get some info on how much they could save me. Chelsea was the first to help me, she greeted me with a smile and was so very kind and helpful. I walked into T-Mobile Brenham Crossing just for info but the money I was going save for switching to T-Mobile 🤩 there was no doubt I was sold and ready to switch. Chelsea got it all started and because it was late in the evening I went back Monday after work to get the rest going, Chelsea was off that evening but her co worker/friend Corina took over effortlessly where Chelsea had left off and when my new phone came in (a lot earlier then expected 🙌🏻🙌🏻) I went right over and Corina got my phone switched and had me all set up. They both did an Amazing job and helped me through a process that would normally leave me stressed out. But that’s not all, this Team at this store all work so well together, there was also help from Mo, Krystal, Hayden, and a couple more but I don’t remember their names. They were very attentive, knowledgeable, professional and very kind and friendly. Zo, on the other hand, struggled to explain the contract details and was unable to clearly show me the basic promises that were being made. It left me confused and uncertain.
