Claire's — Local services in Brentwood

My daughter and I stopped by Claire’s for their closing sales, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, not once were we greeted, and instead we were met with unfriendly looks from the staff. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable that my daughter didn’t even feel like shopping anymore.

The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was unacceptable. There are multiple other complaints about the service and at this point they need to hire people who understand how to treat customers...

I personally love Claire's because not just of the fact i use to work their but because they have so many useful things and cool things for my little ones. they are big fans of their makeup kits and their necklaces,bracelets, and rings. i Personally love their clearance section and their phone cases and charges which i still have after a year later. I haven't been to this Claire's before, but walking in I felt extremely unwelcomed. The store manager Lucie was working at the time. She was the only one in the store so l understood that she could only do so much running the store alone. However, my daughter and I felt her rude presence and she was very passive aggressive. Won't be coming here again, I hope a brand new manager...
