As a natural blond I really didn't have very impressive eyebrows and as I got older the few eyebrows I had became fewer. I was very nervous about tattooing anything on my body let along eyebrows. I met with Kristi and found her saloon very clean and stylish. Kristi walked me through the micro blading process and assured me that it was a semi permanent tattoo. She spent a lot of time addressing my concerns, mapping the brows out so I could visualize the shape and choosing the right color for my skin and hair color. She also spent the time explaining the healing process and after care. I jumped all in and had my brows done! I LOVE my brows! Kristi is a master. I came to her with a truly terrible experience I had at another salon in El Segundo that claimed they did microblading. They lied. I was left with an awful dark tattoo that took years to remove professionally. Even then, I could still see the misery. I came to Kristi with tears in my eyes, after researching her heavily, I decided to beg her to help me. Thank goodness she agreed! She was able to beautifully go over the awful work, and not only that, made my eyebrows look perfect in the way I had always dreamed they could look. My experience at Boss Brows LA was incredible. Kristi is BEAUTIFUL inside and out. She is an artist and a friend. She truly cares about me and my best interest. We worked together to figure out the perfect brow which did not take long since her mapping is AMAZING. She is an expert in her field and has so much passion for what she does.
