Hands down one of my worst pandora experiences. I think the associates forget that providing good customer service comes with the job. Instead I receive rude service and what seemed like an unwillingness to help me even though I did exactly what they said to do. On Friday December 22,2023 I placed an in store pick up order for a present. It showed that it was in stock and would be available for pick up within a few hours (but definitely the same day) . I get to the mall and end up wandering around it for hours waiting for my order to be ready just to eventually call them and for them to tell me that all orders placed that day were going to be ready the following day. An inconvenience? Yes but it was okay. I expressed to them that I probably wouldn't be able to pick it up the next day, as I don't live close to the mall and only chose in store pick up because I knew I would be there that specific day. I asked if I could change the person on file to pick it up and the associate told me they were "too busy" to change it at the moment but to call in the morning and explain the situation to the manager. Fine.cool. The next day I received an email that my order was ready for pickup and went ahead and called the store like I was told. I spoke to whoever answered the phone and once again explained the situation just to be told "they were too busy" to change the pickup name and that if I couldn't come pick it up it would be refunded by a certain day. At this point I'm livid because I spent the money already with the store, so for them to be unwilling to help me was crazy. I've worked in retail as well and I know it gets hectic around this time of the year, but that was unacceptable. I ended up having to contact customer support through an online chat there so they could do it for me. I'm very displeased with this service and if pandora keeps telling PAYING customers that they're too busy, I don't imagine customers coming in much longer. DO BETTER...
Read moreoh my god, the manager does not know how to handle upset customers. Never had I ever had any experience like this, not even in the 4 years of my customer service at my job have I ever treated anyone like this. I went into the store because my snake chain bracelet clasp kept moving, while the other remained in place. I went into the store about three days ago, and told her my concern that I was almost sure the bracelet wasnât supposed to do this. She said, âitâs supposed to do thatâ, and she didnât understand that I was talking about the clasp, not my charm. Whatever, so I leave the store unsatisfied. I come again today because I kept thinking to myself, no this bracelet is not supposed to move, something is not right. So I come back and itâs the same manager, and I told her, hey I was just in here like three days ago but Iâm pretty sure this isnât supposed to move. She took a look at it and realized what I meant, the clasp was moving. She immediately said, âno, we would never sell anything like this to someone. you must have been playing with it. honestly, were you playing with it?â ...maâam, this was a 2 year anniversary gift yes iâm sure I want to be messing around with a gift my boyfriend bought me â NO! Like are you kidding me!? She keeps saying it must have been played with even while doing the return, âIt had to be played with, we never sell anything like this. This is what we check for before we sell jewelry.â ok... keep thinking I manipulated my bracelet to get an exchange woman. At the end of the receipt she asks me for my name and number, what for? I did not see that anywhere in your refund/return policy, what are you gonna do with my information? Check track of me exchanging items? This is the first time Pandora has ever given me a hard time and I have not once had a compliant but this woman was too much... assuming I was the reason I broke the bracelet. Very nice customer...
Read moreSeriously Pandora Jewelry you need to pay attention to the salespeople you have at this store because theyâre not doing you a favor. Knowing that this state is very diverse with a lot of influence of immigrants, how come I can still perceive treats and comments insinuating racism and exclusion? I donât live in that state thank God, but since the moment I stepped into this store and the look I received from the woman behind the desk, I could sense the experience wasnât going to be good. Indeed, even my niece 12 years old could notice it. I never asked for discounts, I never asked for offers, I never asked for cheap stuff⌠still that was all I heard. Three times I had to ask for what I was looking for there and still they tried to sell me the cheap stuff. This is ridiculous! You guys should stop assuming things based on a race, skin tone, and stupid things like that... I didnât even ask for prices cause I knew this wasnât a store like Cartier...
