Swarovski — Local services in Bridgewater Township

Disrespectful, disgusting and unprofessional cashiers. I walked into the store on June 21 2025 around 7:20 PM with my friend ready to buy something, but the way the two women working looked me up and down, made nasty faces at me, and acted was enough to make me walk right out. I was wearing a short white skirt that was by no means inappropriate. They were blatantly judging me, whispering, and staring like it was high school. My friend told me what was going on and we left without buying anything and as we were walking up the stairs next to the store, we looked back at the workers and they were continuously making eye contact with us and whispering to each other and basically making it really obvious that they were talking about us. No one should feel that uncomfortable while shopping, especially in a store like this. Not worth the hostility...

Beautiful merchandise but terrible customer service. I went once back in Dec 2023 and the lady was super helpful and caring but this time when I returned in Aug 2024 I walked in and there was no hello no help no goodbye. Not a single word was uttered to me and there was 2 Employees! Super disrespectful and I was planning on buying something but bc no one assisted me I decided to buy it online. I know this place focuses on the jewelry side of their business and their lovely watches...but I cant help but fall in love with the different crystal sculptures that they have! All the disney themes and the holiday/zodiac pieces they have are always wonderful. The bigger pieces are expensive but that's why they're collector pieces with retained value.
