francesca's — Local services in Bristol

I love Francescas and have shopped there for years now but had a very different and disappointing experience today at the Pinnacle location in Bristol. I am a teacher and am off for the summer. With that being said, leggings, shorts, & t- shirts are my “go to” clothing look right now. Most days in the summer I don’t wear make up nor fix my hair simply because I don’t have to. I ran by today to look for a white dress as my family is leaving for the beach this weekend and will be taking some beach pictures as a family. As soon as I entered the store I was followed by a Francesca’s worker the ENTIRE time that asked “if she could hold that for me” after every item I picked up. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I completely understand people shop lift all the time and you need to be watching and proactive, but at the same time I feel it’s very unnecessary to follow someone around the store and ask them to hold any and every item they pick up. I joked with my husband that if I had looked like my normal put together self I doubt that would have even happened.
