Horrible service. Went to buy a corn hole set today. It’s a big box and heavy I can’t lift it. So I start to push it to the front it’s in the all the way back, I pass three employees and none of them even looked at me. Could they not see me struggling to push it, like hello maybe you could offer a hand. Then I passed another employee who could not even scoot over for me I had to wait for him to get done and move so I could get through. But just wait it gets better I finally find a lady ask if she can bring me a cart. So I get help getting it in the cart, from another customer! Then i finally make it up to the checkout to Alexa at 10:20am. Of course the barcode is on the bottom of the cart so I bring the cart over and lift it so she can scan it quick. She goes oh it won’t reach, umm hello try to scan it and sure enough it worked. But she was giving me such an attitude saying I needed to bring it around closer to her. Like maybe try first!!!! People are not friendly and you can’t get any help I would...

Went shopping here with my dad to find him a new pair of shoes. Found a pair he liked and brought them to the front, and presented a coupon that had expired 2 days ago (I didn't know it had expired). We had 3 different ones, all expired, unbeknownst to us. The kid checking us out said they were expired, checked the second one, said it wouldn't work, then said "the third one is probably expired too." Made us pay full price for a coupon that was days past its date. Super snarky, not willing to help out, not friendly whatsoever. At least Dunham's will give 20% off if you're in the same situation. From someone that's worked retail for 8 years, it happens. More times than not, I'd help a family save a few bucks on their purchase, even if they didn't have a coupon. Recently purchased a tredmill

If you wanna get transferred a million times on the phone this is the place to go , between being told one delivery date when I purchased a tredmill in store, to there third party then telling me the store never gave them that info is ridiculous I’ve bought a tredmill 5 years ago Black Friday thro the other location and never had a problem , this time it felt like a quick money grab get a customers money and not do anything correct delivery wise setting a delivery in there store system shouldn’t be that hard

They need a better third party delivery service they left the big tredmill box and everything that came with it wrap wise in my apartment all over and should have disposed it !! Horrible phone...
