I have always worked out (weights and cardio) and I have found adding Pilates to the mix has improved my flexibility, core strength and balance. My instructor, Michelle, is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient as she introduces new moves and explains what each one is designed to do. She is also a good listener and easily adapts my routine when I had an injury or limitation. I have also watched other instructors and see that they have trusted relationships with their clients. The teachers are very focused on form, and the small class size really allows them to make corrections so you stay safe and learn the right way to do movements.
