I had an incredibly disappointing and troubling experience with this tailor. Not only do they deliver poor-quality work, but their bait-and-switch pricing tactics were outrageous. After initially providing a quote, they significantly upcharged me at the end, knowing I had no other options to retrieve my garments.
What was even more disturbing was the blatant racism I encountered. The older woman at the shop refused to acknowledge or assist me, despite my attempts to get help. Instead, she forced her daughter to handle our interactions. Meanwhile, when another customer walked in, the same woman immediately jumped to assist them. This behavior is not only unprofessional but deeply troubling. It’s clear from other reviews that this kind of treatment is not isolated. Do not support...

She was also incredibly kind and always made certain the space was clean during try-ons (not the most trivial thing during the winter in Boston with a lot of salty boot foot traffic). Thanks, so much for all your hard...

I didn’t have to describe the fit I wanted, Alexandra knew by looking at me in the jacket exactly what to do. Would highly recommend!
Also having witnessed Vicky H’s interaction with the staff, I can unequivocally say she is using the term “racism” to defend her incredibly rude and entitled behavior. It’s sad that a well run small business has to deal with ignorant reviews by people who think that treating others poorly is somehow...
