I have little experience with jewelry, so I had to shop around quite a bit for an engagement ring. Between the online retailers, chain stores, and all the rest, I decided to go with Walter's Jewelry. Walter had confidence and insight as I showed him a custom design I was interested in, and also took the time to show me some very nice engagement rings he made himself. The craftsmanship was exquisite and high quality. The Jeweler was even able to make some structural improvements on the ring, making the design even more resilient!

My favorite vintage silver ring fell on the sidewalk and sustained multiple scratches/scuffs. I brought the ring to Walter’s and the lovely couple who owns the shop had it buffed and polished by the end of the next day. They did so without disturbing any of the inside engraving, either. The ring looks even better than it did when I first got it! Quality work, excellent customer service, and reasonably-priced to boot....
