I wanted to see what the store was about, I walked in and said hi how are you to 2 girls who worked there and all they did was stare at me. I looked around the store talking about how cute some of the jewelry is and they did not ask if I needed anything or even respond when I said hi. The entire time I was walking looking at the jewelry they were just staring at me with the meanest looks and anytime I got close to them they moved away and helped this mom and daughter out. And before anyone starts assuming that I came in there stinky or looking like I was going to rob them or anything. You're wrong. I was well dressed, I used my manners. I really like jewelry so I was just curious as to what the store was. I don't think it was fair that a mom and daughter got smiles and a hello welcome in, and all I got was the death stare as if I did not belong. My husband purchased a necklace for me for our anniversary. Kris helped him pick a necklace and a charm out of. My husband said she was very helpful and very nice when he purchased . We had to go back because their was a defect in the clasp. We were very lucky again to have Kris help us . She is very sweet , very personable, patient and very helpful. She was able to help us and I left the store very happy . Maddie also assisted us with the necklace and she was very sweet and very helpful. These two ladies are an asset to the Kendra Scott store : I have bought many things prior and will definitely be back. Thank you Kris and Maddie for your amazing help . i went to this location friday to purchase necklaces, and the service was amazing. i’m not sure of the staff member’s name but she was so nice and did such a good job helping me look for what i needed and giving me the best deals possible. she gave me time to browse out my options (im a teenage girl & very indecisive) and answered every question i had. she made my experience so much better and i wouldn’t have left as happy as I did, for sure. this happened last night and she was so nice im still thinking about it and had to write a review!! give...
