Urban Grill — Restaurant in Buena Park

It is with great sorrow that I write this review. I've been coming here for about 6 years now, and have been satisfied with the reasonable price, consistent quality, and friendly service. Until now. There is a new girl, Chelsea, and she displays some of the worst customer service and work ethic I've ever seen in my life. Interacting with customers or doing any kind of work at all seemed like a great burden to her. She didn't bring us our food (the previous purple haired employee, Kara, used to), my food didn't come out right and she made it pretty clear she wanted me to just take it anyway so she didn't have to go out of her way to fix it, and based on her demeanor and body language she just seemed generally bitter and annoyed at having had to show up or do anything at all. I won't be coming back or changing my review until Chelsea is either removed or set...

When I worked in Buena Park this was one of the office's go-tos for lunch.

They offer a variety of different foods ranging from rice bowls, noodle bowls, plates, Ramen and even tempura if I recall correctly.

Can't go wrong with any of them really.

I particularly love the chicken they make here. I usually go for spicy chicken Ramen or the spicy chicken rice bowl, both for a great value of 7 dollars or less with good portion size.

They will do to-go orders on anything except Ramen.

The place itself is a octagonal hut-like structure right off of Orangethorpe and Beach if memory serves, pretty easy to see. There's good amounts of parking and usually enough tables to seat everybody who eats here.

Staff is always friendly and they play the latest pop...

My hubby brought home, usually the same boring fast food. Today he came home with I gotta say The Best Dinner from a restaurant, I've have had in years! So perfectly fried were the egg rolls! Light airy, flakey, Crisp and full of some great tasting tasted like rice and veggies, so Good! The dandelion salad!! Omg! Fluffy freshest sprigs! With sesame dressing! Served with Fresh Yummy juicy orange slices! Gotta say, and rave! My compliments to the cooks, and brilliant manager who hired that Gem! Don't let him/her go!
