Unprofessional and Rude – Avoid This Place

I had been in this store once before, and it was incredibly disorganized—empty shelves, cluttered aisles, and just a mess. I decided to give them another chance and called ahead to check on a product before driving over. Big mistake.

The guy who answered the phone sounded like he was more interested in joking around with coworkers than actually helping a customer. I asked if they had a specific product and the price, and while he did go check, he made it clear I was inconveniencing him. When he found they didn’t have it, I asked about alternatives, and he snapped back with a sarcastic response, basically brushing off my concern about needing the item right away.

What really bothers me is the attitude—no one was even in the parking lot, so they weren’t busy, just lazy and rude. I even thanked the guy for checking, and he still couldn’t muster a shred of professionalism.

First time customer, dealt with the general manager today. Have been a die hard loyal to a competitor but I have to say, I will be back. I wasn't rushed and extra time was given to ensure we had the right make, model and parts I needed. I was treated like a regular and it didn't seem to matter if I was first timer or a veteran mechanic. GM even walked the isle to pull the oil and filter I needed, it was a unnecessary but nice touch.
