This is the worst Panda Express Ive ever been too! Placed an online order to be ready in 45 minutes. Get there and the store is closed. Drive thru only...okay so I go thru the drive thru and they dont have my order. Tell me it was placed at another store because they dont see it and tell me to pull around while I pull up the order to verify and someone will come out. Wait 10 minutes no one comes out. Go back thru the drive thru and they tell me they still dont see it and even though I have the confirmation for the 281 and 46th store they tell me they cant fill it till they have it on there end once again tell me to pull around. I do wait another 15 minutes and then go back thru the drive thru at this point I just want my money back. Then some girl tells me oh now they see the order mind you 45 minutes after it should have been ready. So she gives me my order and argues with me about checking it to make sure it right while still in line. Of course its wrong! At this point I just ask for the mo ey back and she tells me there is no manager on site to give me a refund...what?!?! So Im forced to wait while they get my missing items because even though the girl assures me if I call tomorrow they can refund me....call me crazy but I dont trust that or her at all. This whole crapfest took over an hour to get taken care of. Why the inside of the store is closed is beyond me since there were 7 people working inside. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Its a joke and customer service is non-existant. In the course of my 2 drive thru sessions I watched 8 cars pull off and leave. Just crazy how these people dont care about their jobs or the customer service at all!!! I have yet to try the food because I was so irritated I wanted ro get this review posted before I forgot. She's thin, wears a black jacket, cap, and has short hair kind of looks like parker from state farm commercial who brings pizza to Jake from state farm. We couldn't believe how she treated us. Ordered 2 bigger plates to share between the four of us and when we asked for 4 forks she said How many forks? You only ordered 2 plates. And then we asked her for soy sauce, and hot sauce and instead of giving them to us she said I didn't hear you ask for those sauces đĄđŽvery rude needs customer service training. She also didn't give us receipt so we couldn't make a survey and when we went inside to get it she had thrown it in trash. Food is great though that's the only reason why...
   Read moreMy daughter went there to pick up lunch to go. They gave her the proper number of boxes, so she assumed all was good. When she got to the house, the box that should have been a two item was missing the two items and only had rice in it. It's about 10 minutes away, so instead of driving back there I decided I would just go by on my way home to Houston after eating rice for lunch. They promptly gave me a replacement, which was good but should have been unnecessary, and I was on my way. I got home and transferred my meal to a lunch container, and my broccoli beef was 90% broccoli, with literally 3 slivers of beef.
