12/25/24 If you’re looking for a warm, festive atmosphere, this IHOP is the place to be! The employees were spreading holiday cheer by singing Christmas songs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their holiday menu was fantastic, with so many delicious choices to pick from.
Our table enjoyed the chicken strips, the breakfast sampler, and the bacon temptation omelette — all of which were incredibly filling and absolutely delicious. And of course, we couldn’t leave without indulging in their famous stacked pancakes, which were the perfect sweet treat to top off our meal.
The service was flawless, and having Zackry as our server truly elevated the experience. He was sweet, attentive, and super polite — qualities that are rare to come by these days. Zackry made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our visit special.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by this IHOP. Great food, a festive vibe, and top-notch service — what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!
8/31/24 We recently stopped by the IHOP at Singing Oaks for a delightful breakfast with my family, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot for a family meal. We each ordered something different, and the food did not disappoint. From fluffy pancakes to savory omelettes, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The variety on the menu ensured that everyone found something they enjoyed. The service was decent; our server wasn’t the best, but she did check on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. While it wasn’t exceptional, it was satisfactory and didn’t detract from our overall experience. It was a tasty breakfast in a welcoming and comfortable setting. It’s a solid choice for a family meal, and we left feeling...
Read moreWe were on our way to a late night run to Taco Hell when I got the "sweet" idea to go to IHOP instead... My husband immediately said they weren't open when I reminded him they're open 24/7/365. .. which he still doubted. 🤔 So I called and was greeted by an energetic Renee who confirmed the above and asked if we'd be coming in for the night and let me know about the "65th anniversary ALL-YOU-EAT pancakes for only $5!" I repeated everything Renee just said aloud to my husband like an overly excited wanna be cheerleader (... never made the squad, flashback). At which time my husband flipped a U-turn so quick I nearly got whiplash!!! Renee was there at the hostess stand to greet us when we approached the front doors. The parking lots were clean and well lit on a Thursday night at 11:30ish... Renee gave us our choice of seating and we compromised on a half booth (me)/ half chair (grumppa) and put in our order. Food came out quickly and I tried a new blue drink Renee recommended with blueberries and strawberries in it. "Razzle something-delicious!" Even our to-go pancakes for the kiddos were so neatly packed like some genius Sugar Engineer! We will most definitely be back as we only live 10 min away and this was only my second time in an IHOP in the past 7y!!! Renee you literally changed my mind about IHOP! I can honestly say I love IHOP again and will bring the kiddos next time to start their IHOP memories. My only complaint I'd the cheap silverware which makes guests think you don't trust them with the good silver-look-alike stuff. And a request to add or bring back a Blueberry milkshake if anyone with any authority reads this most excellent review. P.S. I'm also going to add a 5 star * review on Yelp for all you fellow Yelpers out there in Google Land! #jesuslives8 Thank you Renee & Jim from Dawn...
Read moreArrived hungry at 10:12am, left at 11:17am, and still hungry. Never received our order. Other parties arrived long after we did, and had their food within 15 minutes of placing their order. Our waiter stated three times, "Your order will be coming out shortly!", but our chicken and waffles, and our cheese sticks (appetizer) never arrived. We asked for water, which never made it either. Finally gave up, went to the register, offered to pay for the coffee we drank, and asked to speak to management who stated, "Your order was at the window, and I was just about to bring your order to your table!" We are very skeptical about the sincerity of that statement. The whole time we were seated (we were seated by the order input computer), many other servers and managers passed by, but none even seemed curious about why we were seated there for so long without food. A family seated next to us received a partial order, and the waiter, who was our waiter as well, promptly submitted the missing dish order to the kitchen, and within 5 minutes, the missing dish was served. Why couldn't that same attempt be made with OUR order, especially since we had already been waiting for 45 minutes? I have eaten at IHOP's all over the country, and have never experienced such a sad attempt at customer service. A formal complaint has been filed with IHOP Corporate, and we were told that the franchisee would definitely contact us about our bad experience. I guess only time...
