5 Stars – A Gold Standard in Fast Food Excellence!
I don’t typically leave reviews, but after my experience at this particular Chick-fil-A location, I feel compelled to speak up—especially after noticing a few baffling one-star ratings. Honestly, I have no idea what those people experienced because this place is the epitome of fast food done right. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment I left, every part of my visit was top-tier.
Service: Let’s start with the service—unquestionably outstanding. The staff here truly go above and beyond. I was greeted with warm smiles, polite and enthusiastic energy, and a clear sense that they actually care about every customer. My order was taken promptly and accurately, and the associate even took the time to double-check everything to ensure it was correct. They were patient, kind, and totally unphased by how busy it was. It’s rare these days to find employees who take that much pride in what they do.
Food: As always, the food was absolutely delicious. My chicken sandwich was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, with that unmistakable Chick-fil-A flavor. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right. Even the lemonade tasted like it was freshly squeezed. The quality and consistency here are unmatched—it’s like they treat every single order as if it’s for a food critic.
Cleanliness and Atmosphere: The restaurant was spotless. Tables were clean, floors were well maintained, and there was a staff member frequently walking around to tidy up and offer assistance. Even the restrooms were impeccably clean. It’s clear that management takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic space. The vibe was busy but calm, with a very well-organized system that kept the line moving without feeling rushed.
Staff: The team working here deserves serious recognition. They were friendly, efficient, and professional. I observed one staff member go out of their way to help an elderly customer carry her tray to the table—not because someone asked them to, but because it’s just the kind of culture they’ve built at this location. You can tell this team works like a well-oiled machine, and it’s a reflection of strong leadership and genuine teamwork.
Extra Perks: One thing I really appreciate that often goes unmentioned is that this location offers a military and law-enforcement discount. That’s not just a nice gesture—it’s a statement of appreciation and respect that truly matters. As someone with family in both the military and law enforcement, that kind of support means the world.
Final Thoughts: So, to circle back to the confusing one-star reviews—what?! Were they even at the same place? This Chick-fil-A location is consistently clean, the staff is courteous and fast, and the food is always delicious. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t up to par. If anything, I’d give them six stars if I could.
If you’re looking for an example of how a fast food establishment should be run, this is it. Hats off to the entire team—thank you for doing what you do, and for doing it with excellence. You’ve earned every bit of this five-star...
Read moreFood was great like always , but I’d rather keep supporting the stone oak location , I had driven up behind a car to enter the drive thru/moble order lane , keep in mind many locations have a sign that indicate the corresponding lane to take but in my case the sign was flipped around. Minutes later the car in front and I realized we were in the wrong lane , we were both in the(Mobil lane) so we merged to the drive thru safely , seconds later I just see a woman with a blue shirt/with a trainee , gesturing with her hands all confused, and she walks up to me all rude saying that was in the wrong lane and that there’s a sign that indicates us where to go, and I said ma’am I’m sorry I merged but there was no sign there so I just followed the car in front of me and she started to point at one of the signs that they have by the speakers , making me feel stupid like if I haven’t seen one at another location , and also I found it very weird that she was taking my order but looking inside my vehicle I found that very creepy ,needless to say I didn’t appreciate how she spoke to me and at the end of the day the sign was there but it was flipped around not letting drivers know what lane to take and she went to go check it out and realized it was flipped , I saw when I was pulling out of the...
Read moreI’m part of the medical volunteers down by the Guadalupe River responding to the devastating floods. I felt bad calling Chick-fil-A just before noon for large order but I said to the manager on the phone “give me as many Chick-fil-A sandwiches as $250 will purchase” as we’re delivering sandwiches, beverages, and mobile IVs to those conducting recovery and cleanup operations. The manager said no problem give me 25 minutes they had over 50 sandwiches ready for pick up during lunch rush-hour.
What I didn’t expect, and why places like Chick-fil-A and H-E-B will forever have my gratitude in my business, is that the manager completely discounted the meal 100% free. I love when Texans take care of other Texans. And I’m not ashamed to admit I ugly cried in my car for at least two minutes. It’s such a kind gesture the ripples a witch goes so much further than people realize.
Anybody at corporate Chick-fil-A sees this please give the manager, Jordan Snook, my praise and hopefully a raise.
Sincerely, Christopher Selah RN and owner of EVENT HYDRATION mobile IV service the first responders that we delivered meals to in remote...
