I do not understand why crickets leadership cannot set up the ability for employees in thier brick and mortar stores to do something as simple as cancel a phone line when I've already been verified as the account holder for the account in question....this is not a reflection of the employees... this boils down to the fact that that if I wanted to do this over the phone I would just call the 1800 number...I go into the store to ensure that I have the opportunity to ensure my account has the services on it that it is suppose to....

Read moreThe Cricket company is a joke. I leased a phone from their 3rd party leasing company. The rep failed to explain I had 90 days to pay off the phone otherwise you pay double. I cracked the back of my phone it's an s7 and went to see how much the deductible was and it was $250!!! So I wanted to unlock my phone so I could sell it as is and use the money to buy a new phone (saying I just dropped 350 bucks to pay the phone off so I wouldn't be paying double) and crickets unlock policy states you have to have the phone on their network for 6 months. I wasnt aware of this policy the rep also failed to mention that. So you have 3 months to pay for the device but we won't unlock it unless you've had it for six. These folks are just con artists in monkey suits folks. If you want good cellphone service swing by T-Mobile. Their coverage works WAY better out here than...
