Well, another fail on the order fulfillment and my failure to check. There were no fries in the chicken tender combo. Virtually all of the time there is something wrong when you order here. Even on the simplest of orders, so usually I check. Today it was a simple tender combo, and i was in a hurry. Always check here. Always. Previous review. There must be a global gravy shortage. The last couple of times I ordered gravy it was so watered down it was unenjoyable. For the past couple of months this Whataburger has had problems. The previous time we ordered curbside here, they left out a kids meal. I should have checked better, but it was a large order and the number of drinks was right so I just gave it a cursory check. Today I had a relatively simple curbside order. A chicken strip combo and a Whataburger combo light mustard plus an extra gravy. When the kid, and I mean kid, brought the order out I looked in the bag and there was no gravy. I sent him back in for the gravy. Then I realized it was missing the fries. When he came out I sent him back. At this point I figured I was set. When I got home I opened the chicken strips and there were no fries. Boy was I in trouble since I had eaten most of the fries in the bag on the way home... This is the first time I have ever received a chicken strips box without fries. Anyway, I started eating the strips. They were cold. Cooked, but cold like they had been sitting out for a long time. I mean cold. Same with the gravy in the box. Cold. Also, instead of light mustard on my wife's burger it was like they put on extra mustard. Bad. I don't know, maybe they're hiring the stupidest high school kids available for the summer, but they need to fix it. At least the kid got to wish me a blessed...
Read moreRather low quality food with great service doesn't make this place A destination, rather a necessity if your broke. Ordered breakfast and stood looking at the register for 2 and a half minutes while the cashier, well I have no damn clue what they were doing because they weren't taking my order. Grabbed a taquito with bacon, supposedly, and a honey butter chicken biscuit. The taquito was a weak flout tortilla wrapped around fake egg scrambles with half a slice of bacon and what appeared to be a kitchen workers saliva. The chicken biscuit, err.... the honey butter that dripped all over the place was accompanied by, a sliver of chicken. The biscuit might be good if they're fresh, but it wasn't today. Honey butter sauce doesn't taste like real honey either. The kitchen might be quiet on some days, but today they were loud and unruly. The manager should have a talking with this crew and tell them to shut their damn mouths. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING GOOD HERE. 2/10 because when my food was delivered to my table, the guy had a tray of condiments and was friendly, otherwise.......
Read moreThis 5 star review is for the young man named Jonathan who was working the register the afternoon of October 11, 2019. We came in at a very busy time. He was the only one working the register at the time and was so nice to us. It seemed like the restaurant was having issues in the kitchen. My order was taken down perfectly by Jonathan, but the kitchen completely messed up my order plus the orders of several other people. After waiting quite a while for a new corrected burger to come out, I went to the counter to ask if I could make it to-go. It had to have been at least 45 minutes since Jonathan took my order, and he still remembered my order exactly! He went back to the kitchen and came out very quickly with a fresh burger made how I ordered it. It seemed like he was having to take care of a lot of issues on his own. There were customers being rude and impatient with him over things he had no control over, yet he handled the situation very kindly and gracefully. If the management sees this review, please give Jonathan a raise. He...
