Do not waste your time and money on such horrible workmanship. This was my first experience at ISPComputers in Burien

I called and asked about purchasing a glass replacement for an iPhone 6 Plus Knowing how simple it is to replace I could do it myself easily like I’ve done in the past

They said sure we will sell you the glass for 30$! Perfect I thought I drove in traffic what ended up being 1 hour one direction. When I arrived he had a much different attitude about it

After seeing me in person it was no no I cannot just sell you the glass I am sorry it is 75$ to repair your phone it takes 30 minutes. Fine I leave my phone with him come back an hour later and he hands me a phone with a new screen but this one doesn’t even light up!? When I brought it to the owners attention he brought it back to the tech and apologized said another 20 minutes

I come back 20 minutes later he hands me a phone that is powered on now but has no touch functions!!! What?! Are you kidding me?! It worked fine when I brought it in!!?? He tells me it’s tpur circuit boarded we don’t repair those. Not to mention he would refund any of my money whatsoever so he broke my phone and charged me to do it telling me sorry about your bad luck. I took the phone home cracked it open and found missing parts and screws everywhere! This place is a joke and deserves to be shut down for robbing people. I hope my experience prevents unsuspecting innocent hard working people from getting sucked into this game...

I’ve been a long time customer for this place. iPhone fix screens and everything electronic affiliated. They raised their prices and I still went to them. Until recently I’ve went there 3 times in the past 2 months. The screens they use are very very very cheap! I dropped my phone from pocket height and the screen messes up! Mind you my phone had the full cases. On them! And not just that, the color and true depth of everything about the screen was off. Like 180p vs 4K. I told him about it and he just seems to say that’s just how it is. But you can clearly see the difference bc I have more than one phone to compare. I also lost my facial recognition as well. He didn’t fix any of those issues. Please do not bring your phone or anything electronic here. I found a better place for phone and electronic place. Do your guys Google and you will find it. It’s cheaper and way better screens! Thank you for taking time to read this....

What a bummer. These folks have raised their prices by 150% since I was last in there about 6 months ago for the exact same iPhone screen replacement. I guess they figured that they were a little too affordable and needed to jack-up their prices. One thing that they haven’t realized is that they are totally inconvenient (only take cash, no parking and terrible location), which was the trade-off for them being so affordable. However, now that they’re only about a $10-$12 difference from their competitors (google it and call around), which provide all the retail amenities (e.g. credit cards and policies to fix anything they might screw-up), it just isn’t worth going into these guys. Sorry, they’ve lost my business and I will no longer recommend them to...
