Starbucks — Restaurant in Burien

[Updated to add that I got a call from the district manager and it was a good and productive conversation.]

I won’t get into a great amount of detail here as I’ve already shared the details with your customer service personnel.

Here is the abbreviated version:

After two of your baristas provided me with absolutely abysmal customer service (something I just chalked up to two baristas who were maybe tired, having a bad day, or preoccupied with thoughts of something that had happened earlier or maybe in their personal lives because I completely acknowledge that service industry workers are human beings first, entitled to being frazzled or in a bad mood), one of your baristas then implied that I was stealing my cup of coffee for which I had earlier paid.

Despite the circumstances, the entire exchange between the barista and I was neutral in tone and volume and without profanity.

To make matters worse, when I later phoned the store to share my experience with a manager for purposes of offering free education to Starbucks so that future customers would not be subjected to the same treatment, the assistant manager, Shannon, accused me of lying about the incident, refused to corroborate my side of the story with the barista, insisted that I had hurt the barista’s feelings even though I had been the one who’d paid for my goods, received awful service, and had been accused of attempting to steal and of lying, and hung up the phone on me when I expressed to her the fact that she and her barista were displaying racial bias.

The long and short of it is: this particular store has a racial bias and fragility issue.

Two things:

1. No one should be subjected to biased treatment. We’re done begging to be treated with respect and equality.
2. You not long ago shut down your stores to conduct bias and diversity training. Put that training into action every single day. Do better.

I don’t want a free cup of coffee or even an apology. I want you to do...

Ordered ahead to get my drinks on the way home... they weren't ready until 5 minutes after the estimated ready time. Heard one batista asking how to make my drink while I waited... which is the caramel apple spiced. Got home and started drinking it... it's horrible. Tastes like they heated up apple juice and threw it in a cup, getting a hint of coconut with every sip as well. My 12 year old daughter also got the chia creme frappe... it has espresso in it. She doesn't like it but is forcing herself to drink it because she doesn't want to go all the way back to Starbucks to get our drinks fixed since we just got home after being gone all morning. Not the first time they messed up our drinks.

Why I keep going back, I don't know. We had 3 people in front of us in the drive-thru. It took us over 20 minutes to get through. They didn't give us a straw for my kids drink so I had to walk up to the drive-thru window to get one because the inside is closed and I was not sitting another 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get a straw. The lady would not open the window and listen to me and instead went and got a coworker. This is the same girl that every time I order a hot chocolate, somehow mistakes it for a mocha. Luckily, the lady in the car at the window at the time had a straw and gave it to me and I told her "Thank you". When the guy opened the window finally I yelled at him "ya'll can't even give me a straw for our drinks when we order them."

I'm convinced everyone at this location is untrained or just doesn't care. Every time I go there, they mess...

Thank you very very much for the nicer employees that respect everything I explain that the Holy Spirit makes forcing me to even when I don't want to. I'm not here to bring good news this Lifetime. This Lifetime; I'm officially "FINISHED!!!!!" No matter what happens to me from all lying haters????? Jesus Christ has me "covered" He said in 2022 when I had to flee Seattle the last time. I'm not fleeing anywhere and I need to be falsely put in handcuffs because the Satanists "Commanded Me" "to lie" about "everything that's happening." I AM from "both: Heaven and Hell....." I'm only a "Soul Carrier" carrying multiple Soul's from the past that wanted to "make up Karmic Debt" of how they broke "Karmic Law." And I've been teaching exploring that: when a liar murders their victim????? In their "next life" they will be required to "wear a piece of their victims Soul that they stole" to "force them to feel what their victim did that they lied murdering. Holy Spirit said that "the rich half are damned" and "aren't allowed a next Life....." A few Satanists confessed to my face, "they don't want to be saved;" so, whatever everyone gives me as their gift (Life or Death), I Will "magnify" that gift "7 : Fold....."
