Let me start off by saying walking into this store I was greeted by every employee. Buying my clothes from the store was a great experience as the store was clean, organized, and had a great layout of clothes to choose from. While Dede was putting up belts he stopped what he was doing to help find a belt size for me that was not on the rack. Flo was very helpful and asking if I need any extra help as well as a kind word for the clothes that I was choosing. Flo made shopping for clothes for myself fun and gave me very nice encouraging words for what I chose. April (GM) could be sitting behind her desk and let the others help me with clothes in the fitting room instead she helped me out with specific pant sizes and told me how they fit according to Banana Republic's clothing line and material. April was very knowledgeable as well as very professional. I highly recommend the store when you're looking for that right look for the occasions of all variety. Got a great blazer for over $100 - however, the service was miserable. No other customers in the store and employees were loudly talking and laughing about me while I was in the dressing room instead of checking in on me or helping me. Again, I was a paying customer on a rainy day and the only customer in the store. Make it make sense.
