Long Post!!! I had a sectional sofa delivered the last Monday on January. I called 3 weeks later because the arm of the chair was broken, the padding in the arm had fallen and the fabric on my cushions had now become extremely loose. The sofa that I had found so nice in the store was not as nice or as comfortable. I had to leave a message the first time I called because they said I had to speak with the warehouse manager. So, I left the message but never received a return call so I called back this time I spoke with Chris the warehouse manager who stated he would come out and take pictures. Fast forward a week Chris comes out takes photos and says he would show it to the company or whoever he needed too. A week later Chris leaves me a message I return the call same day and leave a voicemail no response. I call back the next week (by now it’s the 2nd week of March) speak with someone who states that Chris will call back. On the next day I receive a call from Chris who states that the he spoke with whoever and my sectional was broken because I leaned on it… no Sir I just got the chair he the proceeds to say the cushions were like that because the were settled . Once again no sir I just got the sofa and hadn’t had it a month. However, he stated that they would pick up my sofa and fix the arm of it but the 1 person that could fix it was out sick so if I had not heard from him by end of the month call back. So called in April the 1 person is still out sick so he tells me to call back the end of April. Fast forward to today 5/18/22 still nothing from Chris. So I call and speak to another gentleman who tells me that if I can bring the chair back they can try to fix my sofa but apparently I had a miscommunication with Chris. So they expect me after all this time (now my sectional is worse )as a female to bring a sectional down a flight of stairs and put it a a sedan. This has been the worst experience ever with a furniture company. They need to have a buyer beware sign!!! The only positive I have is the delivery drivers!!! Seriously...
Read moreThe dude was a good sales men and was attentive to the process but the color I wanted he said they didn’t have … so found another one it was nice But then delivery service was ehh The guy said he would be here at 1:30pm still hadn’t heard from him by 3… When he gets here there were parts of the bed missing so he said he would have to come back the next day but told me that did have the original color I wanted ! And he didn’t know why they would tell me different… so I called furniture world again and asked for them to send me the original color I wanteand take the other one back! Because it wasn’t put together anyway because they didn’t bring all the parts. He said no ! They won’t do that …. I went around them and told the delivery driving I’d give him a fat TIP$$$ to bring me the one I wanted. And he did so that a pluse but Unfortunately the sales men also said they didn’t have the mattress I wanted so him being a good sales men found another option I didn’t really want but he assured me it was a great mattress…. girlll this mattress is so hard it’s not even funny slept on it two days my entire body aches it’s killing me! I called to see if I could return or exchange it again no so I don’t...
Read moreAs I was looking at the table and chairs I was talking to them and I asked him I said if I don't like it if it doesn't go with what I have can I return it and he said oh you'll love it you'll like it he never said that this is a no return policy if he had said that I would not have got that table and chairs now I'm stuck with a $1,400 almost $1,500 table and chair set that does not go with what I have I've only had it for 5 days bought it on the 10th delivered on the 13th and they will not even consider swapping it or even me purchasing something more expensive and they hand you the receipt folded so that you do not see that there is no return policy it's never mentioned to you when you purchase something will never shop there again I 11,000 more dollars I was going to spend on furniture but I promise you it won't be from there and I promise you all my friends know about it all it would have taken was saying hey okay we can swap it out or whatever doesn't even have to be a return just a swap and it probably could have even made them more money I probably would have bought a more expensive set oh...
