I had a very disappointing experience with this business! They took full advantage of my mother-in-law! Took over a year to complete a bracelet when told it would take a few months! The bracelet looked horrible & the workmanship looked like a child did it! After her passing I received the bracelet & recently had it appraised by a very reputable family owned jewelry store in Greensboro, I was informed that the bracelet which cost over $12,000 when finally completed is actually worth less than a thousand dollars! If this isn’t bad business, then I don’t know what is!...

Jason provided excellent customer service, excellent quality, and an unbelievable price! My fiance proposed with his grandmother's engagement ring. We took that ring plus her wedding band to Jason and I had no idea what I wanted. He stayed open late as we were traveling from Raleigh. The results were breathtaking and I am one happy girl! He also cleaned my grandmother's wedding band and resized the band my soon to be husband will be using for next to nothing. Will not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others!...

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. They ruin jewelry and then try to gaslight you. The customer service is ABYSMAL. Jason is a true work of art who has absolutely no people skills, and the jeweler they use obviously has no idea what they’re doing.
