DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT THE CHEAPEST, LOWEST QUALITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. They are great when it comes to being cheap and low quality replacement parts that fail quickly. Although they did tell me the parts I was getting would be the EXACT same quality as authentic Apple certified parts just without the Apple logo (I have proof of them saying that), they then said after I bought and paid for everything that the “aftermarket” is far less quality and because I didn’t go with the Apple logo version that I’m out of luck as it’s “aftermarket” and they tend to break easier. I specifically asked if there was a quality difference and would have paid the extra at the start for even just slightly better quality. He convinced me I would be paying over $40 extra just to have the apple logo and that the ONLY possible difference would be trade in value. The whole point was to get my back glass fixed, not get a new design of shattered back glass which I now have but without an Apple logo. At first I really liked this place and thought they’d do what they can to show they care but they proved that it’s all about the money for them sadly, so now I have the embarrassing job of taking back my recommendation to this place. Edit to reply to owner. Yes you’re right, the back glass doesn’t break on its own and the “impact marks” you are referring to are clearly internal and caused by your poor workmanship or manufacturing quality which was promised and sold to me as “the exact same without the apple logo” but I’d love to hear the camera footage of when I was there last of your employees claiming they are “lesser and known to break easily compared to oem Apple certified” Always had a case on my phone the entire time after repair as it wasn’t free and I take care of my stuff. The most upsetting part of this situation is that I was sold an aftermarket part under the false pretense that it was of the same quality as Apple-certified parts, just without the Apple logo. I thought having a backglass without the logo would be unique, but I would have never agreed to it if I had known it was of lower quality. My top concern throughout the entire process was durability, and I made that very clear. It feels unfair to have been misled, especially since the part has already failed within a month

Please read my personal experience before you repair your device here. I came in with a samsung z fold 3 completely functional besides the bottom speaker. I left with BOTH of the speakers not working and ZERO internet access even when connected to wifi/ a hotspot. The technician's first response was not to offer assistance or a chance to talk with the manager, but to say that it's not their liability. While trying to locate the problem with the device, we had brought up that we had used hand sanitizer to wipe the surface, but when opened up, there was no water damage according to the technician. The technician was reassuring us the entire time by saying that they have worked with samsungs before in the past and that removing the screen to access the speakers was a delicate process, but that it shouldn't be a problem. The screen was completely functional, but being unable to connect to the internet and having no audio was far worse than what I could have imagined... I reached out to management and this was the response I got (copy and pasted from my email): "No matter what, this is a sucky situation and I never want this to happen to anyone. If there's a repair you need on another device, reach out to me and I'd be happy to offer a discount! That's what I can do for you unless you have another idea! Thanks!" Not even offering to repair the original device and hoping I would come back a second time... Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I would not recommend. PS If you do leave your device with them, don't leave the case on. They will break that too. 🙂

I had a phone with a mother board issue: it would get stuck in a reboot loop. I worked mostly with Danny, though Cordell supported Danny's efforts. I submitted a quote request on-line. With the issue being too broad to offer an accurate quote, I was directed to visit the store (Burnsville, MN location). Danny greeted me immediately. We discussed the issue I was experiencing. He took both phones (defective one and the new one) and tried to transfer the data. He experienced the issue first hand. He made no promises, but said he, along with Cordell. would make effort to get the data transferred. Danny stayed in contact with me over the 2 days he made efforts on my behalf. In the end, the data was not able to be transferred. Because of that, he did not charge me anything. I appreciate that integrity! Danny explained what he was doing to help me. Because of that, I learned something new, then applied it to help another family member get their data moved to a new phone! I hope I won't have to go back, but know I will should mobile phone or tablet issues require their attention. Go see Danny and Cordell. They will take great...
