I have a Mercedes SUV and have been recommended to use Lamettry's in the past from Feldmann Imports where I bought my car. I have had damage to my front end due to a hit and run. I had a front light replaced and some light body damage. They did a great job, very courteous, friendly, fast and responsive. I traded in my car and bought a 2022 Mercedes SUV. Someone hit me in a parking lot when their car down slammed into my passenger side mirror due to it being so windy. It hit with such force that it knocked the casing apart and caused the wiring to come undone so that my right turn signal on my mirror would not work. I took it to LaMettry's, due to being a past customer and pleased with them, to take a look and give me an estimate. Burnsville was very friendly, I called to make an appointment and they just had me come in same day and saw me immediately upon arrival. I was helped by the manager Justin. He took a look at my car and said he thought he could fix it on the spot and pop my mirror back together. I told him the wiring must also be loose due to me getting an error about my turn signal. He was gone for a few minutes, came back and said all fixed! I couldn't believe it! I asked how much and he said no charge!! I tried to pay him for his time but he said since it just took a few minutes, don't worry about it. I would recommend this place to anyone! Due to me driving a Mercedes, he could have said that I needed a whole new mirror and kept my car just to charge me. However, he was very honest and up front! I was referred here by a friend after some debris flew at me and put a hole in my car door while I was on the freeway. The damage was minor but bad enough that I was told I might need a whole new door 😩 it was a stressful situation but this place was an absolute joy to do business with! Great customer service, they quoted me the best price for the work I needed done out of all the places I went to for estimates, they had Enterprise meet me at the shop to get a rental while they worked on my vehicle so when it was time to drop it off for the repairs, it was a super quick and easy appointment. I was updated every other day on the status of the repairs until it was ready and the repairs look amazing! I was a bit worried because of how the damage looked and the fact that they told me they weren’t gonna replace the whole door like all the other places wanted to, but I honestly can’t even tell there was ever any damage! And to make it even better, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they detailed my jeep inside and out so it was shiny, spotless and smelled so good when I picked it up today! This was the first time I’ve ever had to have damage repaired to my car so I was kinda lost and overwhelmed going into the process of working with insurance and getting estimates for repairs and all of that but they made it super easy and did such great work! We took our Honda Pilot to this location after reading positive reviews online. Started out great. Got us in within two weeks, promised us 3 day turn around, and daily communication.

The daily communication didn’t happen, I had to call and keep following up, they didn’t stick to the timeline which I understand but was frustrated it wasn’t communicated. I pushed them to either give us a more realistic update or have our car done before Thanksgiving. They promised it would be done before the holiday.

We picked it up and it was dark, noticed that the detail work that was promised inside only went as far as vacuuming and some dusting in the front, ok fine as long as they body work is good.

The edges of our bumper were sharp to the touch, the sides flexed where they hadn’t before, and there were imperfections and bubbles under the paint across the bumper. We immediately reached back out and they asked us to return. They seemed unconcerned and it would be an easy fix but actually getting the car back in was difficult. My husband and I both work, they wanted a painter to do the work but they left by 3, etc. We were finally able to coordinate (if they tell you they can pick up your vehicle no they cannot, they don’t have enough staff) two months later. The manager admitted there was dust/dirt under the paint. They were able to buff it out but I would have rather they kept the car longer and communicated than return it and we had to keep...
