Unfortunately I had to give them one star....DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT! I am a stage 4 COPD patient. On 24/7 oxygen. I recently had a inhaler fail that without it I am done. It had 70 doses left and the dispenser stopped working. It caused me to have to call 911 unable to breathe and spending some time in the hospital. I called up the pharmacy the next Monday and spoke to a very rude lady. I told her my dispenser stopped working when I needed it and asked what I needed to do about having it replaced. She told me to run some warm water through it and after I told her I tried that and I got cut short with... I don't know what to tell you the insurance company won't replace it and said she could charge me $90 some dollars and she gave me a date of 3 weeks away before the insurance company would issue more. I stated I need it the medicine it keeps me alive and said it has to be some liability issue there somewhere wasn't there?... She proceeded to flip her lid and ask is that a threat? I said not for you for the product manufacturer maybe (because I figured they don't make it they just give it to you.) I tried to explain the problem wasn't with them it was with the dispenser. She proceeded to say is that a threat two or three more times With that she said I think our conversation is over and hung up. She needs to go to class to work on her anger management or customer service skills. After talking to legal counsel I myself learned that the manufacturer as well as the pharmacy could be held responsible because a malfunctioning unit can distribute and incorrect dosage or none at all. Feel free to look it up it's online too. It's not the first time I've heard stuff like this standing in line waiting being done to other customers. It's only a matter of time. I changed pharmacies they're not worth the aggravation...

Store manager, Tami was neither helpful nor educated in customer service. When purchasing coffee, it rang up at the wrong listed price. Bag boy went to go check price. Came back and said that the coffe was stocked in the wrong area. Manager Tami said it’s NOT the stores fault if the product was stocked under the wrong price tag, therefore WOULD NOT give the listed sale price. When approached Tami offered NO apology or solution for said mispriced items. Even boasted how she has been in Customer Service for over 30 years. Went there bc four days short on meds and dr sent full script . Broke my neck, at c5 94% years ago. Three surgeries and this guy wants to tell me it's the government.
