06-05-25. Latest Apple sign is about 5-6' tall and about 3' wide. A guy came over to me after I sat down. He was unsure how to join the queue. I showed him the kiosk. Above the screen, there is a sign that says start here. The sign is about 5-6" tall and about 10" wide. From a visual point of view our eyes are drawn to bigger things because they are more prominent. It is a disservice to customers. Increased rating from 2 stars to 3 stars because an apologetic and friendly representative provided a quick swap out of a bad modem.
04-19-25. Lowered from 5 stars to 2 stars. A couple months ago, I went with my mom to return her rented router. Someone was doing something in front of what turned out to be the sign-in kiosk. Being oblivious, we sat down. Finally, I realized what was going on by seeing the names on the queue board and found the kiosk to sign in. We lost at least one spot in line. Another person in the store was very mad because he did not know as well and others were served ahead of him. One of the customer service representatives was saying, loud enough for the whole store to hear, that it was not a good place to work. The lady who took care of the router return was helpful.
04-19-25. This is a belated review based on a visit from Rocky about a year ago. The line from the street to a secondary pole was drooping due to heavy snow. He tightened it up and made a loop, so it would not happen again. He noticed that whomever worked on it previously used an erroneous technique. He tested to make sure everything was working. It was. I appreciated the visit.

Read moreI wish there was a negative start option. They sent me a cell phone that no one including the workers at our local spectrum building could activate. Then the local office said they could not help me because I did not get it from them. I had to call spectrum to try to get it returned. So I called, they sent out a request for my return and someone else was supposed to call me. Meanwhile I work also have lots of spam calls so I did not answer any for their phone calls because it does not show up spectrum. Then I received a bill that was passed to $40. So I called again they said that they had closed my return request because I did not answer my phone. I asked how am I supposed to answer when I am at work and it doesn’t show up as spectrum. She had no explanation as to what I do if I am at work. All she could say is I had to answer my phone. So they did call and I was able to answer my phone she had told me that it will show up as a 1-888 or 1-833 number. They said they would send a FedEx shipping label. He said he was on a recorded line and that they had to receive it by September 15. FedEx would send me emails saying where it was at I got an email saying it was there September 12. Then I received an email from spectrum saying they received it on the 16th and it was passed the time because it should have been there on the 12th??? They are saying I owe for a phone that never worked and they have changed the dates for when it was suppose to be there. In April of 2020 I paid my bill at their Main Street store but didn’t catch that the lady applied my payment to what seems to be the City’s Mayor account and not mine. It even shows it on the receipt. I didn’t catch it until a month and a half later after we moved. So I went down to the new store in the City Market Plaza and spoke with two different employees. They looked at all my bills made and couple of notes and said it would be fixed before the next billing date. Needless to say they still have yet to fix it and even shut off my service due to an unpaid balance that I did pay but was applied to someone else’s account. I went back down yesterday at 5:30 and they were closed. Their website says they close at 7pm, the door decals say it’s 8pm but then there’s a small sign on the door that says 6....???? How can you expect consumers to trust you when you can’t even keep your hours of business straight or fix a mess up that one of your employees created? Time for a new...
