Good spoon has always been good but they’re under new management now and it’s a wreck. Went in with my mom cuz it had been a while and the nostalgia was nice. However it was so bad, specifically a worker by the name Miranda along with her other co workers were very rude. We showed up and she asked if we had anyway questions which we did, and when we were asking abt a new product they had, a random customer (not customers fault) cut us and the worker just let it happen and then when we returned after waiting, I asked if they could add more of the pistachio filling to the Dubai chocolate cups they had and she just stared at me in silence before saying “wdym” and before I could explain she basically went over what all was in it and I said “yeah the pistachio filling ur talking abt” and she cut me off to say “well we can only do a certain amount sorry” so I said “oh okay that’s fine”. Then my mom tried to lighten the mood with a joke talking abt the clowns they used for Halloween asking if they’d still do it and the girl just looked at my mom like she was crazy and then said the total (which was somehow 30 dollars??) then they took forever and we saw them making it while wiping their noses and then when we were finally served and left, there was no pistachio at all in the cups. Yogurts were not so good! Waited while they disinfectant everything. They made my daughter a syrup filled ice cream that was horrible. Asked if they had taste testers cups after standing for 10 minutes. "Only people in store btw". She said yes, walked over to me and asked what I wanted. Hmmm, well I already know the minimal flavors weren't my flavor. No biggie after trying the couple I hadn't before. My daughter got a drink and spilt a little. Owner was whining about having to get a mop! Also about my covered water cup. Like the food department is going to have a fit. They just simply were Karen about anyone in the establishment. Get back on your mop.... seems to be stuck up the rear.

We Are Still Looking For The Gold Nuggets They Are Hiding In The Yogurt. They Are Extremely Expensive! Selling By The OUNCE Not The Pound Or Size Of Containers Or Cone. Beware Of Getting More Than Just A SMALL Snack Or You Will Be Shocked At The Check Out Register. It Would Make More Sense To Sell By Container Sizes & Cones For The Yogurt and Just Sell Toppings By The Ounce. Installing A Scale At The Self Serve Yogurt & Toppngs Area So Folks Know How Much They Will Have To Spend Would Help For A Nicer Experience. The Convenience & Nostalgia Is Understandable If You Are Just Walking Around Town Or Sitting At The Plaza But, Seriously All In All, You Will Find A Much Nicer & Happier Price With The Same Frozen Yogurt Taste At TCBY or Baskin & Robins. Especially If You Have Kids or Grandkids or Just Like To Spend Reasonably For A...
